Day 1, Monday 13 July
9:00- 9:30 Opening ceremony and orientation of SPMM2026 at G301, Building G, Faculty of Science NWU.
All participants should participate in this orientation. Program contents, instruction and access to computer facilities, Wifi, etc., will be given. All participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own laptop (Linux/Windows/macOS) with python3 and R + related packages installed.
10:00- 12:00 Lecture on difference equations in discrete time by TAKASU Fugo NWU
13:30- 16:00 Lecture on ordinary differential equation ODE models in continuous time by TAKASU Fugo NWU
Day 2, Tuesday 14 July
9:00- 12:00 Lecture "A Dynamical Systems Framework for Modeling Cancer Spread at the Cellular Level" by Fajar Adi-Kusumo UGM
13:30- 16:00 Lecture "Parameter estimation in ODE models" by Nanang Susyanto UGM
Day 3, Wednesday 15 July
9:00- 12:00 Specific topic "Fishery Models (Schaefer and Gordon Schaefer Models) and Maximum Sustainable Yields (MSY)" by NGUYEN Ngoc Doanh VinUni
13:30- 16:00 Specific topic "Bio-economic models with variable pric" by NGUYEN Huu Tri UMISCO, "Learning Hidden Infections in Pandemic Models Using Physics-Informed Neural Networks: A SUC-Based Approach" by Nanang Susyanto UGM
Day 4, Thursday 16 July
9:00- 12:00, 13:30- 16:00 Group work, each group will have 3-4 participants. Each lecturer presents a few topics for group work and each group chooses and works on one topic.
Day 5, Friday 17 July
9:00- 12:00, 13:30- 16:00 Final presentation with general discussion. Closing ceremony of SPMM2026.
